Office Manager and Billing Coordinator
If you have been a patient at Chapman Chiropractic from the very beginning you may remember Mrs. Chelsea Chapman, with Dr. Chapman and their two boys excited to greet you at the front desk. Although many of you already know Chelsea, we would like to reintroduce her!Chelsea received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at SUNY Canton and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award in 2013. While Doctor Chapman pursued his Doctorate Chelsea worked full time at Lyons Dentistry from 2013-2017. In 2017 after having their second son, she left the dental field to help Dr. Wayne Chapman open his practice in Waterville, NY. At Chapman Chiropractic she worked as the Office Manager and Billing Coordinator. With her experience in the dental and medical fields she left Chapman Chiropractic and took a position at Upstate Psychiatry working behind the scenes as TMS Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, and Office Manager. As of August, she has added Chapman Chiropractic’s Billing and Office Manager position in addition to her full time position at Upstate Psychiatry.

We would like to formally introduce Kayla Still our new receptionist! If you are already a patient of ours chances are you have already met Kayla. She is the first smiling face you see when coming to Chapman Chiropractic. Kayla helps create the warm and welcoming environment we strive for at Chapman Chiropractic. We have also come to find out that she is amazing at archery!
